BLAST!

Overture presented a Mason Entertainment Group (MEG) and Bog League Theatricals, Inc. product of BLAST! in October 18-19, 2005 at Overture Hall, Overture Center, Madison, WI. I went to watch this fantastic performance on Wednesday (Oct. 19) night.

James Mason, the artistic director & CEO of MEG, came up to the stage prior to the performance. He told to the audience that how wonderful organization we have in Madison. He shared his experiences as a Madison boy scout many years ago while he was a poor young man, and Mr. and Mrs. Y*** had him to live in their basement. “Mr. & Mrs. Y*** have helped at least 56 boy scouts since then,” said Mason. Mason was glad to have Mrs. Y*** came to the Wednesday night show and introduced her to the audience. With the full house applause, Mason said he would like to give the grant of tonight’s performance to Mr. Y*** to the greatest appreciation to him and to the 56 boy scouts. With this warm-hearted praise, the show began….
